This is a very informative post. I'm not sure exactly what cows we get our milk from but now I'm getting very curious to find out!! We've been getting our milk from the same farm for over a decade so you'd think I'd know by now! I'm sure I was told but it probably slipped my mind. One thing I do know is that the cream isn't real thick. That should tell me something.
